1. Special bulbs
Crocuses, daffodils and tulips always do well as spring bloomers. However, there are more surprising flower bulbs, for example the Iris. These bulbs produce beautiful purple flowers. Not every iris is hardy and the bulbs are sometimes affected by moisture or by water voles. Therefore, place them in a large pot that drains well.
